We are seeking an organised, customer-focused Equipment Hire Administrator to be the first point of contact for our growing Toowoomba hire business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working closely with people, and takes pride in delivering efficient, reliable, and customer-focused outcomes.

We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and career-minded individual who is ready to make a genuine impact and become a valued member of the Wideland Group team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manageing enquiries and building quotes for equipment hire

- Scheduling delivery, pickup, and mobilisation of equipment to client sites

- Tracking equipment availability and maintaining accurate rental records

- Coordinating maintenance, registration, and insurance to keep equipment hire-ready

- Being a friendly, skilled first point of contact for our customers

What we're looking for:





- Strong administration and organisational skills

- Able to forward plan, multitask and prioritise

- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients and internal and external stakeholders

- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Current driver's licence (Class C)

- Previous fleet management or administrative experience in the hire, rental, or fleet logistics & or transport industry would be highly regarded
