Hummingbirds Early Learning is a brand new family-owned and operated early learning service that is now open, and we are looking for an inspiring Educators to join our team.

About the Role

As an Educator, you will:

- Lead and inspire a high-quality educational program in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.

- Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

- Create engaging learning experiences that spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence.

- Mentor and support educators while contributing to a collaborative team culture.

- Help establish the educational vision and practices of our brand-new service.

- Champion reflective practice, continuous improvement, and excellence in early childhood education.





- Actively contribute to a strong culture of child safety by understanding and upholding child protection responsibilities, promoting children's rights, and ensuring the wellbeing of every child remains at the centre of all decisions and practices.

- Hold an approved Early Childhood Qualification (Diploma or Certificate 3 in Children's Services)
