About the role
As a Social Worker / Mental Health Professional, you will:

- Provide mental health assessments, counselling, crisis intervention and case management.
- Work collaboratively with GPs, psychiatrists, and other health professionals.
- Support clients through recovery planning, referrals, and advocacy.
- Deliver mental health education and health promotion within the community.
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary team focused on culturally safe, person-centred care.

Experience and qualifications required
To be successful, you will have:





- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related discipline.
- Current professional registration (where applicable).
- Experience working in community mental health.
- Excellent communication, assessment, and case management skills.
- A genuine commitment to delivering culturally responsive and person-centred care.
- A current driver's licence.
- A current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
- A current National Police Clearance.
