Casual Merchandiser – Bunnings Refit Team (Relays & Projects)

Location: Doncaster and surrounding areas.

Please note that this role involves regular travel between stores outside the above-mentioned area/s, with regional travel when required. Reliable transport and a willingness to travel are essential.

CROSSMARK Great Place to Work Certified organization is looking for motivated Casual Merchandisers to join our Refit & Projects Team, working in Bunnings stores. You will help transform retail spaces by installing shelving, building displays, and implementing planograms – all while working alongside a supportive team.

No previous merchandising experience? No problem. Full training is provided.

- Monday to Friday shifts – no weekend work required
- Competitive casual rate of $34.34 p/hour plus superannuation

What you'll be doing

- Building and installing fixtures and shelving
- Executing planograms and store layouts
- Merchandising products for leading Australian and global brands
- Ensuring pricing and ticketing is accurate
- Completing daily reporting through our mobile systems

What you'll need:

- No experience necessary but Bunnings experience highly desirable
- A valid current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle (Learners Permit not accepted)
- Availability Monday to Friday during business hours a must (min of 3 days is essential)
- The ability to operate effectively and work as part of a team
- Morning starts and the ability to travel to different locations is a must – including Regional Travel as required
- Strong communication skills with customers and other team members
