Service Coordinator

Full-time | Monday to Friday (Immediate Start Available)

Join a friendly, hardworking team known for quality workmanship, honesty, and genuine customer care. We're looking for a reliable, organised Service Coordinator to be the face of our business and keep the workshop running smoothly behind the scenes.

If you love being the go-to person who keeps everything in order — the calls answered, the bookings sorted, the paperwork right, the parts where they need to be — this role is for you.

Trade or automotive knowledge is a bonus, not a prerequisite. We can teach you the mechanical side as you go; what we're really after is someone organised, personable, and switched on, who takes ownership and gets things done. Your attitude will take you a lot further here than a background in cars ever could.

What You'll Do

- Be the first point of contact for customers: answer calls, greet clients, and keep them updated on their vehicles
- Schedule and book servicing, repairs, and roadworthy inspections
- Prepare quotes, job cards, and invoices accurately and efficiently
- Manage vehicle check-ins/check-outs and make sure all paperwork is complete
- Coordinate with suppliers: ordering, receiving, and returning parts as needed
- Maintain compliance documentation
- Keep the office tidy,



organised, and well stocked
- Support the team with general admin: data entry, workshop scheduling, and more

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in customer service or administration, ideally in a busy environment (automotive experience is nice-to-have, but genuinely not essential — we're far more interested in your organisational skills and attitude)
- Friendly, professional, and confident communication, in person and on the phone
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable with computers and general office software
- Dependable, punctual, and resilient, someone who takes initiative and gets things done
