RDH Integration Services is a locally owned telecommunications, connectivity and security business delivering innovative solutions across Queensland and throughout Australia. Our work spans telecommunications infrastructure, data cabling, WiFi, CCTV, mobile connectivity, IoT and specialised communications solutions across agriculture, commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, government and mining sectors.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated Service Operations Coordinator who wants to become an integral part of the business and help shape how we continue to grow.

About the Role

This is a hands-on operations role that sits at the centre of our business. Working closely with the Director, you'll coordinate customer enquiries, quotations, technician scheduling, suppliers and project delivery, ensuring every job progresses smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion and invoicing.

You'll become the operational link between our customers, technicians and suppliers—keeping projects organised, maintaining communication and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

This is far more than a scheduling role. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership and continually improving how work gets done.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily service operations and technician schedules
- Manage customer enquiries and prepare quotations
- Monitor jobs from enquiry through to completion and invoicing
- Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors, materials and equipment
- Ensure technicians have all information required before attending site
- Maintain communication with customers throughout project delivery
- Follow up quotations, approvals and outstanding actions
- Assist with purchasing and job costing
- Support project delivery and larger tender submissions
- Maintain accurate job and customer records
- Work closely with the Director to improve workflows and operational performance
- Identify opportunities to improve systems,



automation and service delivery
- Develop a strong understanding of our telecommunications and security solutions.

About You

You'll ideally have experience in one or more of the following:
- Telecommunications
- Electrical
- Security
- Data & Communications
- Construction
- Field Services
- Trade-based service industries

Experience in a Service Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Field Service Coordinator, Project Coordinator or similar role will be highly regarded.

You'll also bring

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Confidence coordinating multiple priorities
- Experience preparing quotations or estimating (or willingness to learn)
- Robust computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
- High attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- An interest in improving systems and embracing new technology.
