About The Role
Based in our flagship showroom, you’ll showcase a diverse product range to builders, developers, trades and residential customers. This is a consultative sales role where building rapport and delivering exceptional service is key.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
- Greeting and assisting trade and retail customers in the showroom
- Managing enquiries via phone, email and walk-ins
- Preparing quotes, processing orders and following up on leads
- Maintaining showroom presentation and displays
- Providing technical advice and tailored solutions
- Supporting the external sales team
About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives on customer service and can work independently. You’ll have:
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Flexibility to work Monday–Friday (8:00–4:00 or 8:30–4:30)
- Willingness to travel to Yatala for initial training
- Helpful (but not essential): showroom or window experience, ability to read plans
