RM Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Foreman to join the growing construction team. The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, coordinate trades, ensure residential and commercial projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality.

This role is paying $94.88/hour + OT + Super with the option to go permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinating day-to-day site activities across structural work fronts
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities.
- Manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Monitor project schedules and maintain productivity.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Order and manage materials, equipment, and site resources.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers.




- Maintain accurate site records and daily reports.

Requirements for the role:

- Proven experience as a Site Foreman or Leading Hand in the construction industry.
- Solid leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
- Thorough understanding of construction methods and safety requirements.
- Current driver's license.
- Relevant construction qualifications (or equivalent) required.
- Construction White Card
