ANR Engineering Pty Ltd is a growing, ISO-accredited civil contractor delivering high-quality local government works across Sydney. We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site operations and lead crews across multiple council projects.

This role suits a hands-on leader who understands council specifications, can direct teams confidently, and takes pride in delivering safe, compliant, and well-organised sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities across multiple sites
- Lead site crews and subcontractors with clear direction and strong communication
- Ensure works comply with local council specifications, drawings, and standards
- Read and interpret council site plans, IFC drawings, and project documentation
- Maintain daily site diaries, records, and progress updates
- Liaise with council officers, project managers, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor productivity, quality,



and programme to meet project deadlines

About You

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction
- Proven experience delivering local council projects
- Strong understanding of civil works including drainage, concrete, roads, and landscaping
- Confident reading and interpreting council plans and specifications
- Able to write clear, accurate daily site diaries and reports
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- White Card (essential)
- Current driver’s licence and own transport
