What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage insurance repair projects end-to-end for repair stage
- Coordinate trades and keep jobs moving
- Work closely with internal teams to drive progress
- Keep customers and insurers informed
- Solve problems early to avoid delays
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance on every job
What You Bring
- Trade or building background
- Experience in site supervision of insurance repairs (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple jobs at once
- Strong communication and organisation
- A proactive, no-nonsense approach to getting things done
- Driver’s licence
