Multiple Site Supervisor / Foreman – High-Rise Residential Projects

We are currently seeking experienced Site Supervisors to join one of Sydney's largest and most respected developer-builders.

This Australian-owned organisation has delivered thousands of apartments across Sydney and played a significant role in shaping the city's skyline. Due to continued growth, multiple opportunities are available across a range of major high-rise residential developments.

The Opportunity

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of large-scale Class 2 residential apartment projects, working alongside experienced construction professionals on landmark developments.

Key Responsibilities

- Day-to-day management of site operations.

- Coordinate and manage subcontractors in line with the construction programme.

- Monitor project progress and ensure key milestones are achieved.

- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

- Coordinate site logistics including jump form / crane, deliveries, and workflow.

- Foster a productive and collaborative site culture.

- Manage Pre starts, Tool box talks and safety inspections

About You

To be considered for this position, you will have:





- Proven experience delivering Class 2 residential apartment projects.

- Experience working for a developer or principal contractor on projects valued at $50M+.

- Experience across structure, façade, fit-out, or finishes.

- High-rise residential construction experience (preferred).

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.

- A trade background in Carpentry and/or a Construction Management qualification.

- Solid understanding of WHS/OH&S; legislation and site safety requirements.

- Robust leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

- Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities.
