With a growing portfolio of custom homes and multi-dwelling developments, we’re seeking a Site Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Role Overview
As Site Supervisor, you’ll oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, ensure compliance with safety and building standards, and maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and the project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all on-site activities from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet project timelines
- Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with building codes and company standards
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and enforce WHS protocols
- Liaise with clients,
consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain transparency
- Track progress against programme and report regularly to the Project Manager
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction (minimum 4 years)
- Robust knowledge of NSW building codes, WHS regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and programmes
- Ability to use construction management software(On site companion)
- Trade qualification or relevant building/construction certification
- Current White Card and valid driver’s licence
