Your ideas get heard and acted on quickly

What You Will Actually Be Doing

- Leading a warm, tight team of 3, with a explicit plan to grow it to 4 or 5
- Owning KPIs across the board, team performance, commercial targets and client experience, not just one lane
- Working closely with two owners who have a clear vision and genuinely want you at the table
- You'll have genuine influence over how this clinic operates.
- Coaching a team who genuinely care about their clients, not just appointment numbers

Who We Would Love to Meet
- Someone with proven experience managing a clinic, salon or similar team, not just senior therapist experience
- Confidence with KPIs, rosters and commercial performance
- Someone who wants ownership of a business, not just a
- A track record of building a team up, and enjoying the process of doing it
