Maven Dental Yokine is looking for a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming practice in a permanent part‑time role (35 hours per week across 4 days). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys creating a great patient experience while working alongside a close‑knit team.

We're ideally looking for someone with previous dental assisting or clinical experience who understands the day‑to‑day flow of a dental practice and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Description

- Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanour
- Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently
- Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
- Managing patient enquiries both in person and over the phone

Roster

- Monday – Thursday: 7:45am – 5:45pm
- Friday: 7:45am – 4:45pm
- 1‑hour lunch break

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist, Dental Assistant or within a dental practice is highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software
- Positive, reliable and enjoys working as part of a team
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
