The Role
- Lead the full financial reporting and compliance cycle for a portfolio of privately owned groups, including financial statements, tax returns, and management reporting across complex structures
- Work with some of Australia's largest and most complex privately owned groups, with direct client access and no layers of hierarchy
- Advise on structuring, cash flow, and business performance alongside the core compliance relationship
- Work directly with senior leadership and business owners as their day-to-day trusted advisor
- A genuine business services seat, with broad, relationship-led work across accounting, tax, and advisory
About You
- CA qualified with 7+ years' experience within a skilled services firm, whether boutique or large
- Strong technical grounding across financial reporting, tax compliance, and structuring for private groups
- Someone who genuinely wants to own client relationships and be the face of the advice they give
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the confidence to build and shape your own client portfolio
