Join our dedicated General Surgical team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to patients undergoing urology and gynaecology surgery.

Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across the patient journey, from pre-operative assessment through to post-operative recovery and discharge. Deliver safe, compassionate and patient-centred care that supports positive patient experiences and outcomes. Work alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team in a collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence and continuous improvement.

Develop your knowledge and expertise in urology and gynaecology surgical nursing within a supportive and dynamic ward setting. Make a meaningful difference by educating patients and their families, promoting recovery, and supporting patients through every stage of their surgical journey. Selection Criteria

To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the following questions. Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is required. Describe how your skills and experiences align with the requirements of this role, particularly within the Upper GI and General Surgery specialties. Highlight what you will bring to the team and how you can add value to the ward and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. Describe a situation where you had to manage conflicting priorities while consistently maintaining patient-centred care. How did you navigate these challenges to ensure the needs of the patients and their families were met effectively?
