Our Finance team sits within the global Hub Group alongside Marketing, IT, People & Capability and Executive Leadership. Together, we support a growing international business across multiple studios,jurisdictionsand currencies.

The Role

We'reseeking an experiencedFinancial Controller (Northern Hemisphere & Change Management)to join our Finance team in a newly created role that will be instrumental in supporting ASPECT's ambition to build a world-class finance function.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role has responsibility for financial controllership across ASPECT's Northern Hemisphere studios, including the UK, UAE,Chinaand Vietnam, while also leading key finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the practice.

Working closely with the Director of Finance, Co-CEOs and the broader Finance team, you will strengthen financial governance, improve reporting quality, enhance systems and processes, and support the business as it continues to evolve internationally.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded finance leader who enjoys balancing operational excellence, stakeholderengagementand organisational change.

What You'll Do

As Financial Controller, you will:

- Lead end-to-end financial operations across ASPECT's Northern Hemisphere studios.
- Ensure thetimelyandaccuratedelivery of monthly management accounts,forecastsand year-end reporting.
- Maintain balance sheet integrity and ensure robust financial controls areoperatingeffectively.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
- Manage treasury activities including cash flow, working capital management, foreignexchangeand funding requirements.
- Coordinate audits and manage relationships with external advisors and regulatory authorities.




- Ensure compliance with local tax, statutory and regulatory obligations across multiplejurisdictions.
- Lead and deliver finance transformation projects that improve reporting quality,efficiencyand business insight.
- Drive continuous improvement across financial systems, processes,controlsand reporting standards.
- Improve data integrity and ownership of financial information across the practice.
- Support the development of globally consistent financial processes and governance frameworks.
- Contribute to building a high-performing, scalable and future-focused finance function.

Business Partnership

- Partner with Studio Directors, Commercial Managers and Executive Leadership to support informed decision-making.
- Deliver financial modelling, scenarioplanningand performance analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Translate complex financial information into practical insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- Act with a "One Studio" mindset, supporting collaboration and consistency across ASPECT globally.

About You

You are an experienced finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys driving meaningful change. You combine strong technicalexpertisewith a continuous improvement mindset and are comfortable influencing stakeholders across multiple regions and cultures.

You will bring:

- CA,CPAor equivalent professional qualification.
- 5+ years' experience as a Financial Controller or equivalent senior finance leadership role.
- Experienceoperatingwithin multinational organisations across multiplejurisdictionsand time zones.
- Demonstrated success leading finance transformation projects, including system implementations, acquisitions,



operating modelimprovementsor expansion into new markets.
- Experience managing accountability to multiple stakeholders across a complex business workplace.

Key Capabilities

- Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of relevant accounting standards.
- Experience preparingconsolidatedfinancial statements and managing external audits.
- Advanced budgeting,forecastingand financial analysis skills.
- Strong understanding of tax,treasuryand statutory compliance requirements.

- Experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Exposure to international treasury and foreign exchange management.
- Experience implementing finance systems or leading business transformation initiatives.
