The business provides engineering consultancy and project management services across the energy and infrastructure sectors, with experience across renewable energy, transmission, substations, hydrogen, pumped hydro and data centres. The Australian team is supported by a global engineering network, giving clients access to significant technical capability while delivering projects locally.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the Australian Managing Director, you'll lead the delivery of complex engineering projects while acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
You'll be responsible for developing project scopes, managing engineering work packages, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensuring projects are delivered to a high technical standard. The role also involves regular engagement with international engineering teams, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across complex, technically challenging projects.

About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Approximately 15+ years' experience delivering engineering projects within the energy or major infrastructure sectors.
- A background in engineering consultancy, owner's engineering, project development or a similar technical environment.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects and coordinating engineering teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
- An Engineering degree, ideally in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
- A solid understanding of Australian standards and the local energy market.
