A leading organisation is seeking an experienced AWS Contact Centre Engineer to take ownership of its Amazon Connect environment and drive the ongoing evolution of its customer engagement platform.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Administer and optimise Amazon Connect, including routing profiles, queues, contact flows, IVR and telephony services
- Build and support integrations with enterprise systems.
- Develop AWS-based solutions using Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, S3 and IAM
- Monitor platform health, logs, alerts, routing performance and operational metrics.
- Troubleshoot production issues across AWS, telephony, contact centre and integration environments.
What You’ll Bring
- Solid experience with Amazon Connect and modern CCaaS/contact centre platforms.
- Hands-on AWS experience, particularly with serverless and integration services.
- Knowledge of telephony, SIP, call routing, monitoring, logging and operational support.
- Experience integrating cloud contact centre platforms with CRM, reporting and customer service systems.
