Job Description: We’re looking for caring and friendly support workers to provide meaningful support and companionship for our participants.

Ideal candidates will have fluent English-speaking skills to ensure clear and effective communication with our clients.

Responsibilities :

Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with disabilities.

Support individuals in developing and maintaining social connections within the community.

Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients, promoting their independence and self-confidence.





Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and activities.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.

Qualifications/skills/experiences:

Previous experience in a similar role.

First Aid/CPR certification.

NDIS worker screening is essential.

Valid unrestricted driver's licence and reliable transportation.

Mandatory module certificates (NDIS Induction/Orientation Module, Mealtime Safety, Infection Prevention & Control).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of NDIS safeguarding principles and best practices.

Enthusiastic about supporting people with psychosocial disabilities, intellectual disability, and/or mental health needs.
