We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Property Manager to join our close-knit team on a part-time basis with flexible hours. Working alongside our Senior Property Manager, you'll play an important role in ensuring our landlords, tenants and tradespeople receive the high level of service Mercer Bryant First National is known for.

What you’ll be doing

- Conducting routine property inspections and providing detailed reports to landlords
- Marketing available properties and assisting with the leasing process
- Maintaining accurate property records and documentation
- Responding to tenant enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with tradespeople and contractors
- Building positive relationships with landlords, tenants and service providers

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in property management (minimum 2 years preferred)




- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Sound knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and regulations
- Experience using property management software and databases
- A current driver’s licence
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
