Reliability and Planning Engineer – Scoresby, Australia

As a Reliability and Planning Engineer at Mondelēz International, you will lead maintenance planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements within a continuous improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage teams of technical and non‑technical personnel, contractors, and operations staff to ensure all equipment has planned maintenance captured in SAP and executed based on machine criticality.

How You Will Contribute

- Partner and enable line leaders to deliver safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets, ensuring process stability and participating in daily management systems meetings.
- Own technology and process settings for equipment, master progressive maintenance systems and KPIs, and the repairs and maintenance budget.
- Use SAP to develop, own and execute preventive and time‑based maintenance plans, build the capability of the team, and lead PM processes at the line and department levels.
- Collaborate with the Asset and Reliability team on system improvement, special maintenance tasks, change management, spares localization, break‑down analysis and R&M; cost reduction; represent the line as the site technology owner in regional and global forums.
- Assist VSU initiatives, enable the VSU team, benchmark internally and externally, and act as a subject‑matter expert and trainer for PM subjects.

What You Will Bring





- Experience ensuring SAP PM module is fully deployed on all equipment to achieve high reliability through workflows.
- Manage resources (budget, time, team) according to machine criticality.
- Oversee SAP master data integrity, maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Develop predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to minimise unplanned downtime.
- Active involvement in TPM, Lean and root‑cause analysis to achieve OEE and site targets while meeting production objectives.
- Ability to act as line leader, set goals, deploy IDPs, and coach team members on performance and career development.
