Who we're looking for

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of marketing initiatives across the business. The successful candidate will assist with lead generation, brand awareness, digital marketing, and the execution of campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys contributing fresh ideas while managing a variety of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, manage, and maintain digital marketing content, including websites, email campaigns, newsletters, and social media platforms.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns to support business growth and lead generation.
- Contribute creative ideas and participate in marketing strategy and campaign planning sessions.
- Identify and recommend internal and external marketing opportunities that enhance brand awareness and strengthen the company's market presence.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the company's brand guidelines and messaging.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, promotional materials, presentations, and other business communications as required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 - 3 years' experience in marketing/brand management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of all social networking platforms
