About the role

SoccerPlay' is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Soccer Coach to join our team. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule. As our Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for leading engaging and effective training sessions for players of all ages and skill levels, helping them develop their technical and tactical abilities while instilling a love for the game.

What you'll be doing

1. Deliver structured progressive training sessions professionally and enthusiastically, as designed by SoccerPlay
2. Providing constructive feedback and guidance to help players improve their skills and reach their full potential
3. Monitoring player progress, maintaining accurate records, and providing regular updates to parents/guardians
4. Promoting a positive, inclusive, and safe environment that encourages player development and enjoyment of the sport
5. Collaborating with the SoccerPlay' team to identify and implement new coaching methods and initiatives

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience coaching soccer at the youth, amateur, or professional level
2. Proven ability to effectively communicate and build positive relationships with players, parents, and team staff
3. Strong knowledge of soccer tactics, training methods, and player development principles
4.



Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage multiple training sessions and teams
5. A passion for the sport of soccer and a commitment to player development and growth
6. Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications
7. A valid Working with Children Check
