The Social and Influence Executive is a hands‑on role sitting within Beauty Tech Labs at Wavemaker, a specialist team dedicated to delivering world‑class social and influencer marketing for L'Oréal Groupe and its portfolio of 32 beauty brands, including L'Oréal Paris, Maybelline and Kiehl's. Reporting to Social Managers and Directors, this role supports the end‑to‑end execution of influencer campaigns across divisions including CPD, LUXE, PPD and LDB,



with responsibility spanning influencer relations, content workflow, product seeding and performance reporting. This is a role for someone who understands the influencer landscape deeply, brings strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast‑moving environment where the quality of execution directly shapes brand outcomes.

Success here looks like campaigns delivered on brief and on budget, influencer relationships managed with care and professionalism, and a growing ability to turn campaign data into meaningful insights.

This role works across L'Oréal Groupe's portfolio of 32 beauty brands in Australia, supporting both paid influencer activity and product seeding across multiple simultaneous campaigns.
