ABOUT US The Resorts Collection is a boutique luxury travel agency specialising in high-end resorts across the Maldives, Seychelles, French Polynesia, Mauritius, the UAE, and other exclusive destinations. We've grown a global community of 990K+ followers across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok, all organic, and our content is directly connected to how we convert followers into clients.

THE PITCH

We have thousands of original videos shot across some of the most beautiful resorts in the world. We need a creative who can turn that raw footage into scroll-stopping content, day after day, and who wants to grow with us as we scale.

YOUR ROLE

- Editing short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) from our footage library
- Writing captions, hooks, and descriptions in our luxury brand voice
- Creating a mix of formats: trend edits, rankings, AI-voiceover storytelling, carousels, and face-on-camera/greenscreen videos
- Tracking trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube and adapting them to our brand before they peak

Community management and client conversations are handled by our team. This is a 100% content creation role, so your energy goes entirely into making videos that perform.

WHO YOU ARE





- Experienced managing business social media accounts (travel/luxury lifestyle a plus)
- A solid short-form video editor — clean cuts, on-beat, zero sloppy details
- Fluent in the trends, sounds, and formats across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Comfortable on camera, with excellent spoken English
- Proactive, reliable, and confident working independently with creative freedom
