We're not hiring a videographer. We're hiring a storyteller. Forget polished. We want authentic, engaging, behind-the-scenes content that people connect with.

What You'll Do

- Film, edit and post engaging content across our social platforms.
- Capture the real story behind our projects—the people, the progress, the wins, the challenges, and everything in between.
- Follow our team on-site to showcase what really goes into property development.
- Jump on trends quickly and adapt them to our brand.
- Help build a genuine, personal connection between our audience and our company.

What We're Looking For

- You understand social media algorithms and know how to grow an audience.
- You're creative, proactive, and full of ideas.
- You can shoot great content on an iPhone—we'll provide one as part of the role.
- Editing skills that keep people watching.




- Comfortable working around people and bringing out authentic moments.
- Drone experience is a huge bonus.

You do NOT need to be a professional photographer or videographer. We already work with professional production teams for our high-end cinematic project showcases. This role is all about capturing the authentic, behind-the-scenes moments that make people feel connected to our business.
