Grade 2 Social Worker – Community Therapy Service (CTS) Full time, ongoing with ADO Work location: RMH Parkville (City campus) About the Role Deliver high-quality, client-centred Social Work services to consumers participating in the Community Therapy Service (CTS), undertaking comprehensive psychosocial assessments and developing targeted intervention plans.

- Provide specialised Social Work interventions, including risk assessment, care coordination, advocacy, counselling, and family and group work.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes for consumers and their families.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the CTS through quality improvement initiatives, teaching, research, and policy or program development.
- Support workforce development by supervising junior Social Workers, students, and Allied Health Assistants, while contributing to the growth and excellence of the Social Work profession.
- Receive ongoing professional support, supervision, and development from the Social Work Manager, Grade 4 Clinical Lead, and Grade 3 Senior Clinician.

About

You - Qualified and experienced Social Worker (either current member or current eligibility for AASW) with demonstrated clinical skills in the sub-acute hospital setting and/or community rehabilitation.

- An adaptable quick learner with proven ability to work autonomously.
- Effectively deliver excellent consumer-focused clinical care to patients and their carers.




- Experience and skills to mentor and supervise junior staff.
