About The Role

Our global client is seeking an experienced Software Integration Lead to join their growing team. This is a senior technical role responsible for delivering and supporting enterprise software solutions within complex healthcare environments. Working closely with hospital IT teams and key stakeholders, you will lead deployment, system integration, technical support, and implementation activities across a range of clinical and operational platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of enterprise software solutions within healthcare environments.

- Manage end-to-end implementation projects, working closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support across infrastructure, applications, networking, and integrated systems.

- Collaborate with customer IT teams to establish secure connectivity, system interoperability, and platform performance.

- Drive continuous improvement through automation, technical documentation, testing, and mentoring of junior team members.

Skills & Experience

- Experience in integration, systems administration, or enterprise application support.





- Solid technical knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, networking principles (TCP/IP), infrastructure support, and troubleshooting across hardware, software, and network systems.

- Experience working with SQL databases, scripting, automation tools, and enterprise software deployments, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues in customer-facing environments.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated experience delivering technical projects and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences

- Exposure to healthcare technology environments, including EMR/EHR systems, HL7, PACS, VNA, operating theatre technologies, or similar regulated environments.

- Desirable experience with cybersecurity standards, IP-based video conferencing and streaming technologies, healthcare compliance requirements, and industry certifications such as CCNA or CCENT
