About the Role:

Lead and support a multidisciplinary clinical team while managing your own caseload, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based, child and family-centred mental health care. You'll provide clinical leadership, supervision and oversight of referrals and service demand, while driving high-quality practice and building strong partnerships to support integrated care for children and families.

About Kids Hub The Medicare Mental Health Kids Hub is a collaborative partnership delivering accessible,



culturally responsive mental health and wellbeing services for children aged 0–12 years and their families across Northern and Southern Adelaide.

Experience Requirements:

- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in health, mental health, or community services.
- Experience delivering evidence-based psychological therapies and trauma-informed practices for children and families.
- Experience engaging stakeholders and building partnerships with diverse communities and organisations.
- Experience in service evaluation and driving continuous improvement using data and feedback.
- Experience supporting workforce wellbeing and professional development in inclusive, high-performing teams.
- Experience providing clinical supervision to a practitioners and providing leadership to care planning processes.

Qualifications: Applicants must hold qualifications in one of the following disciplines:

- Psychology - Registered with AHPRA
- Social Work - Registered with ASW
- Occupational Therapy - Registered with AHPRA
- Nursing - Registered with AHPRA

Other Requirements:

- Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
- Current or willing to obtain a National Police Check (NPC)
- Current Child Safe Environments (Through Their Eyes) Training (or willing to obtain)
- Employment is subject to compliance with Sonder’s Immunisation Policy. Applicants must hold, or be willing to obtain, all vaccinations and immunisations required for the role
