Position Overview:

Due to exciting growth we are looking for a highly skilled Spare Parts Interpreter with expertise in on-highway trucks to provide specialised support to our customers in this sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and providing the right spare parts, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with customers and internal staff to assess spare parts requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting and ordering the correct spare parts for their trucks, tractors & machinery.
- Provide accurate pricing and availability information for on-highway truck parts.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that parts are well-organized.
- Process orders efficiently and accurately,



prioritizing urgent requests.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge related to our Industry.
- Collaborate closely with the service and sales teams to deliver seamless support to customers.
- Maintain a protected and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter with a specific focus on on-highway trucks is prefered.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
