Responsibilities
- The major trauma centre for northern Queensland and all medical and surgical specialties are represented. It provides healthcare across the entire North Queensland region, with patients from as far as Mount Isa and Cape York being airlifted or transported to the hospital on a daily basis.
- Clinical Skill Requirements: Sub‑Speciality - complex ECHO, ESE, DSE.
- Roster: Monday‑Friday 0800-1630. On‑call: Rostered by need including weekends.
Qualifications
- Registered with AHPRA and have the Right to Work in Australia.
- Specialist in Internal Medicine with experience in complex echocardiography (ECHO, ESE, DSE).
