We have an exciting opportunity for a Paediatric Seech Pathologist to support our wide range of clients. Integritas Allied Health is CatholicCare Sydney's clinic dedicated to providing an interprofessional allied health service that is person-centered. As a Paediatric Speech Pathologist working within schools, our clinic, and early childhood environments. Enjoy a community-focused role that supports children across ages, delivering tailored, evidence-based interventions in the CatholicCare clinic, Schools and Childcare settings and sometimes at the homes.

About the role
- Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Utilise a range of functional, standardised, and non-standardised tools to evaluate communication, feeding, and AAC needs, tailored to each client’s age, goals, and diagnosis.
- Develop Individualised Therapy Plans: Collaborate with the Senior Speech Pathologist to co-design, deliver, and review personalised therapy programs, ensuring measurable progress and meaningful outcomes.
- Provide Expert Guidance: Offer professional advice and support to early intervention, mainstream, and school transition services, empowering children and families to thrive.
- Produce Clear, Actionable Reports: Deliver timely,
concise assessment reports with practical recommendations to inform ongoing therapy planning.
- Facilitate Access to Community Supports: Empower clients, families, and carers to navigate and access both specialist and mainstream community services, enhancing their support network.
About you
Essential
- Qualifications in Speech Pathology and membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Current NSW driver license and use of registered motor vehicle
- Current NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)
- Working with Children’s Check
- Contractors encouraged to apply
Desirable
- Experience in assessment and intervention working with children and young people
- Experience in assessment and intervention working with young people and adults with intellectual disability
- Experience in the assessment, and planning individual restorative or maintenance exercise programs for older persons
- Experience in falls prevention education
- An understanding of NDIS and Aged Care funding models
