Khalsa Enterprises Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Diesel Motor Mechanic to maintain, diagnose, and repair diesel engines and associated systems. The role involves working with a variety of vehicles and machinery, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards. Task & responsibilities

- Diagnose faults in diesel engines using diagnostic tools and technical manuals
- Repair and service diesel fuel injection systems, pumps, and injectors
- Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication
- Dismantle and reassemble engine components, transmissions, and other mechanical systems
- Test and adjust mechanical parts after repair to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect vehicles and equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations




- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Identify and recommend preventative maintenance measures
- Ensure workshop cleanliness and adherence to workplace health and safety standards

Qualification & experience

- AQF Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems and mechanical components
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment and interpret technical manuals
- Good problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
