Western Health is seeking a Senior Pharmacist – Medicines Governance to lead governance, policy development and best-practice medication use across WH sites. The role focuses on innovation, standardisation, efficiency and safe, effective care.

You will drive PBS operations, support the Drug and Therapeutics Committee and coordinate IPU governance, ensuring high-cost medicines are stewarded appropriately, with robust collaboration across clinical teams.
