Job Responsibilities

- Oversee financing options, including loans and leases, to facilitate vehicle purchases.
- Collaborate with financial institutions to secure favorable terms for customers.
- Prepare and manage budgets for the financing and aftermarket departments.
- Conduct financial forecasting to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Generate financial reports and provide insights into the performance of financing and aftermarket operations.
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their financing and aftermarket needs.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote financing options and after-market products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to integrate financing and aftermarket solutions into the sales process.
- Provide feedback and support to improve individual and team performance.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with financing and aftermarket services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to safeguard the company’s interests.
- Maintain F&I; Training with our financiers.
- Prepare financial documents and complete finance and insurance contracts,



quotes, and policies.
- Offer unique tailored financial solutions, end to end.

About You

- Previous experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager in the automotive industry – 3+ years desirable.
- Strong focus on MSI – Customer Satisfaction Index.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Takes initiative and is able to anticipate needs before they arise.
- Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Consistently dependable and trustworthy.
- Preferred with bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Insurance or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
