About your service: Work across services in surrounding suburbs of Mount Barker and Strathalbyn

Hourly Rate: $47.81 to $50.00 Per Hour + 12% Super.

Additional payment of $2.07 to $2.15 per hour available under Worker Retention Payment Scheme.

- Hours: Work 2-3 shifts or more, across Before and After School Care
- Vacation Care: Flexible 38 Hours per week.
- Travel: Work close to home
- Career development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award

- Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
- The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs.
- The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

What You Bring

- The Qualification: You've got (or are studying toward) a Diploma,



Bachelor's, Masters in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Youth Work, Community Services, and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!
- The Vibe: You're warm, engaging, and have a "can-do" attitude.
- The Essentials: A valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).
