About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for accomplished digital transformation leader to spearhead the delivery of a major enterprise-wide Regulatory Management System (RMS) Program. This flagship initiative will consolidate multiple legacy platforms across licensing, registry management, case management and document collaboration into a single integrated Regulatory Management System, delivering significant business transformation and operational uplift.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Shared Services & Digital Transformation, you will lead the end‑to‑end digital delivery function and oversee a portfolio of strategic technology initiatives that are critical to the future direction of the organisation.

As Head of Digital Delivery, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a major digital transformation portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to organisational objectives.

You will be responsible for building and leading multidisciplinary teams while establishing strong delivery governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the successful delivery of the Regulatory Management System Program and broader digital transformation roadmap.
- Drive large-scale business and technology change across the organisation.
- Provide executive leadership for multi‑million‑dollar digital programs and strategic investments.
- Align digital initiatives with organisational strategy and operational priorities.
- Establish robust governance, assurance, risk and reporting frameworks.
- Foster a high‑performing, customer‑centric and delivery‑focused culture.
- Partner with executive stakeholders,



vendors and business leaders to achieve transformation outcomes.
- Oversee resource planning, budgeting, procurement and vendor performance.
- Champion agile delivery methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
- Build organisational capability across project delivery, change management and digital transformation.

About You

You are a proven digital transformation executive with a track record of delivering large, complex enterprise technology programs.

You bring:

- Multiple years of experience leading major digital transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success delivering enterprise‑wide business and technology change programs.
- Strong experience leading complex stakeholder environments and executive governance forums.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and influencing skills.
- Experience managing multi‑million dollar budgets, third‑party vendors and multidisciplinary teams.
- Expertise in program delivery, governance, risk management and organisational change.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, ideally leading large‑scale D365 implementations or platform transformations.
- Experience consolidating multiple legacy systems into a single enterprise platform.
- Knowledge of CRM, case management, licensing, regulatory, compliance or workflow‑based environments.
- Experience delivering cloud‑based transformation programs within highly regulated organisations.
- Familiarity with Azure, Microsoft Power Platform and modern integration architectures.
