Salary Range – [130 – 150](tel:130 – 150)k + super + KPI Bonuses paid Monthly

Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and delivery of sprinkler service works
- Take full P&L; responsibility, including forecasting, invoicing, and cost control
- Provide technical support to customers, service technicians, and stakeholders
- Estimate and price repair works and service projects
- Drive sales and business development for the department
- Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards and company policies
- Support tender submissions and key account requirements
Position Requirements
- Fire sprinkler mechanical background (preferred)
- Previous managerial, supervisory, or project management experience
- Robust leadership with a hands on approach
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proactive problem solving and strong attention to detail
- Customer focused mindset and collaborative team attitude
