Store Manager – Queen Victoria Market

Help shape how people discover Mörk. For many people, Queen Victoria Market is their first experience of Mörk.

We're looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead from the floor and create the kind of experience customers remember long after they've left.

The opportunity

This is where retail, hospitality and chocolate come together in a way that's uniquely Mörk. Working alongside your team, you'll create an environment where customers are encouraged to explore, ask questions, sample products and discover something recent.

Whether you're introducing someone to their first drinking chocolate, helping them find the perfect gift or leading your team through a busy market day, you'll set the standard through your own example.

You'll coach your team on the floor, bring energy to every interaction and create a store that feels welcoming, beautifully presented and unmistakably Mörk.

Alongside creating exceptional customer experiences, you'll take ownership of the store's commercial performance, continually looking for opportunities to strengthen both the customer experience and the business.





This is a full-time role, typically rostered Tuesday to Saturday, with a consistent weekly roster.

What you'll do

- Lead from the front, coaching, supporting and developing your team every day.
- Create memorable customer experiences through genuine hospitality, product knowledge and thoughtful recommendations.
- Bring the Mörk brand to life through exceptional presentation, visual merchandising, storytelling and product discovery.
- Create a store environment that invites customers to explore everything Mörk has to offer.
- Manage rostering, inventory, labour and day-to-day operations.
- Drive commercial performance by identifying opportunities to grow retail sales while maintaining exceptional standards.

About you

You're an experienced, hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside your team and takes pride in creating experiences people genuinely remember.

You'll bring:

- Leadership experience in retail, hospitality or another customer-focused environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and a hands-on approach.
- A natural ability to connect with customers and inspire product discovery.
- An eye for presentation and attention to detail.
