They are seeking a driven and experienced Store Manager to join their team. As the Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the retail environment, ensuring exceptional customer service, maximising sales, and managing inventory effectively. As the chief point of contact, senior management will rely upon you to coach, counsel and direct your small team in the achievement of practice objectives and the building of the profile and reputation of the practice within the community.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and merchandising.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance,
identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Analyse and resolve quality & customer service problems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment and communicate training and development needs of practice staff to senior management.

- Proven experience in Managing a small team
