Portside is more than a fishmonger. We're a destination for thoughtful, seasonal seafood in the heart of Prahran Market. As Store Manager, you'll lead the floor, hold the standard, and make sure every customer leaves knowing exactly why we're worth coming back to.

Founded in 2019, LK Hospitality delivers innovative, world-class dining and events in South Yarra. Our venues include Omnia Bistro, Yūgen Dining, Portside, and The Grand Room.

The Role

You keep the floor running, the standard held, and the customer looked after, every shift.

- Own opening,



closing and shift handover, every time
- Manage the team on shift and hold them to standard
- Manage stock, till reconciliation and cash handling accurately
- Coach in the moment, correcting and acknowledging as needed
- Be the visible, calm presence customers and staff rely on

Based at Portside, Prahran Market. Monday, Wednesday to Saturday, full-time.

Who We're Looking For

We want someone who holds the standard without being asked, and who leads a team the way they'd want to be led.

- Managerial experience in hospitality or premium food retail
- Confident managing stock, till and shift administration
- Calm under pressure, clear under conflict
- Current food handling certification and RSA
- Sharp eye for detail and presentation
