Sleepy's are looking for a suitably experienced and highly professional STORE MANAGER to lead our brand new Brendale store on a FULL TIME basis.

About the role

Reporting to the Store Owner, this role will see you working across sales, networking, and leading the sales team to maintain a profitable store. This will involve a 'hands on' approach to customer service from a passionate salesperson who loves to sell sleep!

Your key responsibilities

- Working to set KPI's to meet and exceed targets
- Building rapport and effective relationships with customers
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- General admin, stock and operational duties
- Available to work a roster with full 7 day availability. Expect to work 3 out of 4 weekends.

Skills and Experience

- A demonstrated record of success in consultative sales- retail and other industries are welcome!
- Team leadership experience
- A sound knowledge of KPIs as they relate to the art of sales and store management
- A genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service, and a great experience for our customers
