Reporting to the Workshop Manager your main focus will be administering daily operations and logistics within the workshop setting at our Redbank depot.

About the role

- Maintain accurate and up to date electronic records within the company IT systems to meet maintenance regulatory requirements.
- Ensure workshop plant/equipment is maintained in good order.




- Ensure parts requisitions and receipting of goods complies with company guidelines.
- Maintain fuel, oil and other critical operations consumables to agreed minimum/maximum stock levels.

Skills and experience

- Experience in managing admin duties in a heavy vehicle workshop.
- Purchasing/warehouse experience managing stock control and processes is preferred.
- Problem solving skills, attention to detail.
- Well-developed interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills and Microsoft Office suite
