About the role:



You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of a well‑maintained strata portfolio, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and operational excellence. Working closely with on‑site Building Managers and a dedicated Strata Administration Assistant, you’ll oversee all aspects of strata management, including budgets, maintenance, compliance, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day‑to‑day operations of a premium strata portfolio
- Build and maintain robust relationships with owners, residents, and contractors
- Oversee budgets, financial reporting, maintenance programs, and legislative compliance
- Support Building Managers to consistently deliver high service standards
- Provide proactive solutions to client needs and operational challenges
