The Role:
- Manage your own strata portfolio
- Act as the main point of contact for Owners Corporations, owners,
and contractors
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital works projects
- Oversee financials including budgets, levies, and arrears
- Prepare for and attend AGMs and committee meetings
- Resolve disputes and ensure compliance with strata legislation while maintaining accurate records
About You:
- Class 2 Strata Management Licence (or higher)
- At least 2 years experience as a strata manager
- Solid knowledge of strata legislation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in strata systems and Microsoft Office
