About the Role

As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals across your territory, promoting a portfolio of pharmaceutical products, and supporting the delivery of commercial objectives. You will work closely with your manager and wider team to develop your product knowledge, understand customer needs, and deliver meaningful conversations with general practitioners and other healthcare professionals. This is a fantastic entry point into the pharmaceutical industry for someone with strong communication skills, commercial drive and a genuine interest in healthcare

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with general practitioners, healthcare professionals and key customers across your territory.
- Promote pharmaceutical products in a professional, compliant and customer-focused manner.
- Develop a strong understanding of your product portfolio, therapeutic area, competitors and market dynamics
- Plan and manage your territory effectively to maximise customer engagement and business opportunities
- Deliver clear, credible and tailored product messages to healthcare professionals




- Work closely with your manager and wider commercial team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Use customer insights and territory data to identify opportunities and drive performance
- Attend team meetings, training sessions and industry events as required
- Operate in line with all company policies, industry codes and compliance requirements

About You

- You will be ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career in pharmaceutical sales.
- You may be a recent graduate with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for healthcare, or an experienced sales skilled looking to move into the pharmaceutical industry.
- You will be confident building relationships, comfortable working towards targets and motivated by the opportunity to make an impact in a leading pharmaceutical organisation

Key Requirements

- Degree qualified, ideally in business, science, health, pharmacy or a related discipline
- Alternatively, previous sales experience with a robust interest in moving into the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skill's
- Strong motivation to learn, develop and succeed in a commercial healthcare role
- Ambitious, driven and proactive approach.
- Ability to manage a territory, plan customer interactions and work independently.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals and improving patient outcomes
