Key Responsibilities:

Assisting Senior Property Managers with property management tasks.

Conducting property inspections and liaising with tenants.

Managing key administrative tasks, including lease agreements, processing applications etc.

Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with tradespeople.

Supporting front office operations with reception and client service duties.

Assisting with marketing and advertising of rental properties.

Skills and Experience Required:

Strong administrative and organisational skills.

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and a passion for real estate.

A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.

Previous experience in real estate is preferred but not essential – Assistant Agent Certificate a must

Prepared to work Saturdays
