About the role

Support the recruitment team with day-to-day talent acquisition activities

- Source suitable candidates through job boards, databases, and recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate phone screenings
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date job requisitions and candidate records
- Ensure recruitment trackers and systems are updated in real time

About you

We’re looking for someone who is confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and enjoys building relationships. This is not a passive inbox-only role we want someone who is proactive, not afraid to pick up the phone, make calls, engage with candidates and hiring managers, and keep recruitment moving at pace. Previous experience in recruitment, administration

- Experience working with HRIS or ATS systems - Workday (desirable)




- Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
