Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership across the full lifecycle of wind farm projects, from feasibility studies and due diligence through to detailed design, construction and commissioning.
- Lead technical reviews as an Owner's Engineer, assessing wind turbine supplier proposals, balance of plant (BoP) designs, energy yield assessments and project performance models.
- Prepare and review key project deliverables, including technical specifications, tender evaluations, risk assessments and engineering reports.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across environmental, planning, civil, structural and electrical disciplines to optimise wind farm layouts, turbine siting and supporting infrastructure.
- Partner with clients to navigate complex technical challenges, providing trusted advice throughout project development, construction monitoring and commissioning activities.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, market trends and industry best practices, helping to bring innovative and future-focused solutions to every project.

Qualifications





- Relevant Engineering qualifications and a background in renewable energy, power generation, mechanical, civil or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience delivering wind energy projects in a technical, consulting, developer, contractor or Owner's Engineer capacity.
- Robust knowledge of wind turbine technology, balance of plant systems, grid connection requirements and associated civil, structural and electrical interfaces.
- Experience reviewing technical documentation, conducting design reviews and supporting project delivery across multiple project phases.
- A working knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations and compliance requirements, including IEC, ISO and HSE frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and translate technical information into practical outcomes.
- A collaborative mindset, curiosity to learn and a passion for helping shape the future of renewable energy.
